The below procedures are in place when experiencing any form of an emergency situations while at the property. Please take the time to review the enclosed protocols with all staff members.
If an emergency arises or medical services are needed, please dial 911.
Outside of an emergency:
During hours of operation, please call the management office for assistance at 857-990-1094.
If a problem arises during off hours, please call Security at 857-350-4420.
It is imperative that we always have the most up to date contact information for your designated emergency contacts.
Please notify the Property Management Team immediately with all management changes so we can update our records accordingly. It is necessary for us to have current contact information for all management staff in case of an emergency.
Please note that the Tenant Contact and the Assurance NM can be the same or different contacts.
Emergency notifications are sent out by the Management Team using the notification system Assurance NM for situations such as hazardous weather alerts or power failures. The system is only used for urgent alerts. All routine property information and normal correspondence will be delivered via email.
What and how will I receive alerts from Assurance NM Notifications?
You can receive the alert in three separate ways: an automated phone call, a text, or an email – you can also receive the alert in all three delivery methods (this is recommended).
The Assurance automated call will come from the Management Office phone number, the email will come from Jessica.Kaplan@wsdevelopment.com and the text will come from a 5-digit number similar to ‘386-51.’
Responding to Assurance NM Notifications:
Once the alerts go out – the Management Team will see that Assurance NM has attempted to call, text and/or email you. The alert message will ask you to respond that you “received message” and that’s how we know you’ve confirmed receipt of the message. Please do not email/text members of the management team separately- just respond “received message” to the alert.
Making sure you receive the Notifications:
If you have any team members that you would like added to get Assurance alerts, please send their contact information to Jessica.Kaplan@wsdevelopment.com.
